After you have purchased a website plan, we start our onboarding process. Here we clarify all the requirements for your website. Do you already have a desired design, logos, and sales copy? Together we discuss the details, the next steps, and a feasible timeline for completion of the project.
We generally clarify a suitable timeline during our onboarding process. On average, websites purchased through the Essential Plan take 5 working days to complete. Websites purchased through the Professional Plan take 10 working days to complete. For e-Commerce websites, implementation times strongly depend on how complex your requirements are.
In order to set up your website, we need information about your branding (e.g., logos, brand colors, images). We also need sales copy and other texts that you want to present on your website.
We are happy to advise you when it comes to functional and modern website design. Unfortunately, we cannot create logos, images, or sales copy for you at this point.
Changes to the website design are possible at any time during the setup process. As soon as your website is live and can be found on the internet, we can implement design changes as part of our technical Support Plans. You can find a comprehensive description of our Support Plans here.
Depending on the Support Plan you purchase, you may choose between hourly rates or a monthly subscription. You can find more information here.
We set up all websites in accordance to the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and also provide you with a sample data protection declaration and cookies notice.
Please note, however, that after the website has been handed over to you, you become the legal site owner and operator and are responsible for all legal matters - including the accuracy of the data protection declaration, cookie notice, and other legal documentation.
We currently only offer technical support for websites that we have set up ourselves.
